Maski is an AI chatbot created to support your educational journey using Maskew Miller Learning’s content and expertise. For learners, it’s like having a tutor right at your fingertips. For teachers it’s like having a teaching assistant.
There are three ways users can access Maski.
1. Website: Users can access Maski via the website https://maski.co.za. The website will provide three ways you can start chatting with Maski:
1.1 Click on the ‘Start chatting with Maski’ button that will direct you to WhatsApp on the same device.
1.2 Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to be directed to WhatsApp.
1.3 Add Maski’s WhatsApp number to your contacts and start a WhatsApp chat with Maski.
2. Marketing collateral: Users can scan the QR code on marketing collateral with their mobile and are directed to a new chat with Maski on WhatsApp.
3. WhatsApp: Users can add Maski’s WhatsApp number to their mobile phone and start chatting directly with Maski – +27 72 091 0388.
Users need to go through a quick and easy onboarding process. This entails:
*Your user type will determine what features you have access to on Maski. A user cannot change their user type once selected.
There is no user type available specifically for parents/guardians but there are plans in place to cater for this in the coming months.
